1. General Provisions
zx99 ("we", "our", "platform") is an online gaming platform in Bangladesh offering slots, live casino, sports betting, and other gaming services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("user", "member") and zx99.
By accessing this website or mobile platform, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Process
To create an account on zx99, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Details submitted during registration — such as name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment information — must be correct.
3.2 Password Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you believe your account security has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.
3.3 One Person — One Account
Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will be treated as bonus fraud. If multiple accounts are found, all account balances may be forfeited and the accounts closed.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Process

4.3 Deposit Conditions
All deposits must come from a registered payment account in the member's own name. Deposits through third parties are prohibited. zx99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until an investigation is completed if a suspicious transaction is identified.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in total bets required before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period — please follow the time limit stated in the offer.
- Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time — another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- zx99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Rules
All gaming activity on zx99 is conducted following fair play principles. The outcome of each game is determined by an independent and unbiased algorithm. Any attempt to manipulate results or gain a technical advantage is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Sports Betting Rules
In sports betting, all bets are final once placed and cannot be changed. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules. In the case of disputed matches or events, zx99's decision is final.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game session is interrupted due to a server outage, network issue, or technical fault, the system will automatically revert to the last valid state. zx99 is not liable for losses caused by technical faults, but reserves the right to void winnings resulting from known bugs or errors.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zx99 platform:
- Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
- Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses ("bonus hunting").
- Interfering with the platform's security systems or software.
- Stealing other members' information or attempting unauthorized access to their accounts.
- Operating an account using a false identity.
- Spreading obscene, harassing, or harmful content on the platform.
- Threatening or aggressive behavior toward zx99 staff.
If you are found to be involved in any of the above activities, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.
8. Responsible Gaming

In any circumstance, zx99's maximum liability will be limited to the current balance in your account.
12. Changes to Terms

13. Account Suspension and Termination
13.1 zx99's Rights
We may suspend or terminate any account without notice for the following reasons:
- Any violation of these terms and conditions.
- Evidence of false identity or fraud.
- Suspicious financial activity.
- If a breach of age restrictions is proven.
- Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
13.2 User Rights
You may also close your account at any time. In that case, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances in the account. However, if the bonus-related conditions are not met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
